For over a decade, I have been (and still am) on a transformative journey through the realms of Yoga, Meditation, and holistic health. My fascination lies in the profound connection between the mind and body, and the incredible agency we can hold over our experiences in this world.
Every day, I dedicate myself to rediscovering my inner landscape through practices like yoga, instinctive meditation, and bodywork. These intentional rituals anchor me within my body, revealing its remarkable power to shape how I show up for myself and others. I’ve witnessed the energy that comes from this, a force I aim to harness for the betterment of our world.
I’m a certified High Vibe Yoga teacher, an Instinctive Meditation coach, a Holistic Pulsing practitioner, a wellness massage practitioner, and a Naturopath in training. Beyond the world of lifelong learning and certifications, I believe in the power of a playful and individual approach to these practices. There is no one-size-fits-all. Instead of preaching one practice, I aim to offer many entries into practices and uplift everyone to find what works for them.

Often, healing is not about stopping movement, but about gently moving until you find a stillness that feels rich and alive.
When we move with awareness, through gentle rhythm and deep presence, the body speaks in pulses and breath. In that listening, healing begins, not as effort, but as a remembering.
